This wellness event has been carefully and intentionally created to bring the feeling of Lakeside Luxury and all things health and wellness for you, into one beautiful summer day. This is an oportunity for you to connect with others, or spend some solo time relaxing- taking an afternoon for YOU!

The Location: Nature Link Resort welcomes you with an embrace of tranquility and serenity. From the majestic pine trees to the serene lake, the atmosphere exudes a luxurious sense of calmness and contentment, inviting you to unwind amidst nature's beauty.

The focus of Nature Link is to help you disconnect from technology and connect with nature, yourself, and the people around you.  

Healthy Lunch: Enjoy a fresh summer berry salad as well as a beautiful spread of fruits, veggies, crackers with hummus and dips.  Locally made sourdough bread and whipped butter.

Summer Sip and Sparkle Mocktail Bar:  Build your own mocktails from the freshest ingredients, juices, mixers and garnishes. Sprinkle rimmed glasses, beet-tini's, blood orange elderflower mimosas and MORE!

Wellness Wardrobe Swap: Bring your freshly laundered workout clothes that you are ready to part with!  Enjoy swapping and trading without the expense!

Lakeside Barrel Sauna: Sweat it OUT!  Relax in the lakeside barrel sauna that is just steps from beautiful Clark Lake.

Sound Bowls: Get ready for a next level wellness experience.  Join Jessica Baumhofer Frank as she takes you on a sound bowl experience like no other.  Jessica will play the sound bowls on the dock at Nature Link resort. The presence of the lake will enhance this experience by creating a tranquil feeling and will create a natural connection to nature using the lakes natural influence on the acoustics. 

Lakeside Pilates: Pilates is a mind and body exercise and we are bringing it lakeside with Jody Davis from Great North Pilates Studio!  This intentional movement improves your posture, flexibility, and your core strength.  It is a great workout no matter your age or fitness level because of all the modifications.  It is also a non-impact workout so it will not affect your joints.  If you are looking for a way to strengthen your body, improve your posture, increase your core strength, and just feel better....Pilates is for you!!
