Checking in 3 months into the New Year is a great way to ensure progress towards your dream life. Bring your notebook and pens. We will dig into thoughts that are perhaps keeping us stuck, habits that are no longer serving us and tools towards getting those goals you set in the New Year! Bring your favorite pillow or blanket to sit on, our workshop will take place in the beautiful yoga studio at Notice Wellness. Tickets include complimentary herbal tea and infused water.
