About the event
The Dance-kids will enjoy a 20 minute healthy hip hop class taught by Nisswa native Emma Trees! Emma will teach kids healthy dance moves that are sure to bring fun vibes, smiles and positive body love!
The Smoothies-kids will love learning how to make a smoothie with Jami Nelson from Just Juice! Kids will sample ingredients, learn the health benefits of smoothies and help to build a delicious beverage that they get to enjoy that day! Each child will leave with a smoothie recipie for home!
