About the event
It's time for a PARTY! A smoothie making party that is! If you are ready to get to work on creating some real healthy and fun beverages for home, this is for you! Jami from Just Juice is going to lead you through a mini wellness workshop on the health benefits of smoothies and how they differ from juices. We will talk about meal replacement and adding in nutrients for the body!
Guests will then choose from a GIANT variety of fruits, veggies, proteins, herbs and so much more to create 4 smoothie bags to take home. You will learn what blends well with what, how to make gut healthy smoothies and even smoothies your kids might like! We will learn how to make healthy just one step easier by preparing ahead of time, so you are ready on your busiest days and have a healthy grab and go optio…
