This Mommy + Me Pilates Picnic blends intentional movement with time to slow down, connect, and simply enjoy motherhood in a supportive, welcoming space.
The Experience:
We’ll begin with a relaxed check-in and picnic pick-up, giving you time to settle in, meet other moms, and get comfortable in the space.
From there, you’ll be guided through a gentle, strengthening Pilates class designed specifically for motherhood. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or in the thick of raising littles.
