Perimenopause can bring changes in energy, mood, sleep, strength, recovery, stress and even the way your body feels from one day to the next.

So instead of asking your body to push harder, She Evolves is an invitation to start working with it.

We’ll begin with a yoga practice intentionally created for the perimenopausal body, incorporating strength, mobility, balance, nervous system regulation and recovery. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. This isn’t about performing. It’s about learning how to support the body you’re living in right now.
