Sunset Hike+Yoga+Apps+Superfood Cider

Join us for the Lakes Area Premier wellness event this fall at Mount Ski Gull!  Think cozy sweater, hiking boots, yoga/work out clothes, warm superfood cider, light appetizers and snack buffet.  We invite you to join us for a hike up the hill, once on top, guests will participate in an all levels yoga flow and meditation session.  You will have the most beautiful view of the sunset in the Brainerd Lakes Area! Hike down to the Yurt where your superfood cider, snacks and social space will be awaiting your arrival.  We ask that guests bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. Darkness falls quickly this time of year, so please bring a head lamp or flashlight. We are able to provide yoga mats to those that may need them, those are available on a first come first serve basis.  Please let us know ahead of time if we can bring one for you!  We can NOT wait to see you there!
