Our 90s Hip-Hop Twerk Workshop is a total-body workout disguised as a nostalgic dance party. We will cover the fundamentals of twerking, focusing on building strength and coordination while catching the vibe of the 1990s. Wear your favorite sneakers, high socks, bright colors, booty shorts. Bring your water bottle and a yoga mat! We're bringing the heat!
No dance experience required. Don’t let the fear of looking awkward hold you back on this one. This is meant to be fun and to get you out of your comfort zone!
