Winter Solstice Celebration

Let us come together for this traditional, meditative flow that will move energy and inspire surrender. The Winter solstice is a time of dance between light and dark. Winter cultivates the yin energy, which is more slow and contemplative, while the solstice marks the return of light, the renewal of yang energy. We honor the darkness as a time to pause and reflect, and we welcome the sun's radiance and energy moving forward. In this practice we'll flow through 108 salutations; 108 being a sacred symbol in yoga and around the world, symbolizing universal love, eternity, and awakening.
