If you’re sick of the constant mental mess that goes along with drinking and you’re ready to get on with your life, then this is for you.
The first 4 weeks of quitting drinking are all about trying new things, changing rituals and seeing that a life without alcohol is TRUE FREEDOM.
It’s about intentionally creating new thoughts and taking new actions. It’s about you finally creating new powerful results that you love. I will teach you exactly how to direct your brain in a way that serves you and gets you moving on with life.
It’s about distancing yourself from the habits that are driving you nuts and keeping you stuck.
You will finally learn how to be accountable to the most important person-you. Once you learn this, you will have this tool for anything you’re trying to overcome for the rest of your life. It’s the most important part of my work-teaching you to trust yourself to do what you said you were going to do. I will be here to support you and understand your journey. I already believe in you. Sometimes doing it on our own works, coaching is the express way to getting you the results you want so much faster.
