The beginning stages of any change requires a different strategy and thought process.

 

The first 6 weeks of quitting drinking are all about trying new things, changing rituals and seeing that a life without alcohol is TRUE FREEDOM.

It's about being clear headed and getting those first days and weeks under your belt however you have to do it.

 

I give my clients the foundational work to define themselves, get non drinking days racked up and actually start enjoying their life again.

*Who is this program for?

This program is for women who feel ready to step away from alcohol completely—and create a life that feels better without it.

You don’t have to feel 100% confident or fearless… but you do feel that nudge that something needs to change.
This space is for honoring that nudge and following it through.

 

*Do I have to be “all in” on quitting forever?

This is what keeps most people stuck. No pressure to have it all figured out. Instead of focusing on “forever,” we focus on building a life that feels so good, supportive, and aligned… that alcohol naturally loses its place.

 

*What if I’ve tried to quit before and it didn’t stick?

That doesn’t mean you can’t do this—it means you likely didn’t have the right kind of support.

This program goes deeper than willpower. We look at your habits, your triggers, your lifestyle, and what you truly need to feel good—so change actually lasts.

 

*What do I do instead of drinking—especially at night?

We’ll create new rituals that help you unwind in a way that actually restores your energy instead of draining it.

Think nourishing drinks, calming routines, simple shifts that feel doable—and even enjoyable.

 

*Can I still be social, go out, or travel?

Yes—this is about living your life, not hiding from it.

You’ll learn how to navigate social situations with confidence and ease, without feeling like you’re missing out.

Once you have purchased your program, you will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule your first call! From then on, we will meet weekly for 6 weeks straight via Zoom.
